BIRTH SUPPORT
Giving birth is one of the most powerful and transformative experiences of your life — but it can also feel overwhelming, unpredictable, and intense.
Studies have shown that having a doula can lead to shorter labors, fewer interventions, reduced risk of cesarean birth, and more satisfaction with the birth experience overall. But beyond the research, your doula will help you feel empowered and respected in your choices — whether you’re planning a medicated birth, unmedicated, home birth, hospital birth, or something in between.
While others focus on the clinical side of birth, I focus entirely on you: your comfort, your confidence, your voice. This kind of continuous, personalized support helps you feel more empowered, less fearful, and deeply supported throughout your birth.

Birth Availability
Planning ahead is key to ensuring I can be there to support you on your birth journey.
I accept a limited number of birth clients each year to provide personalized, dedicated care. My availability typically fills up several months in advance, so I encourage early booking to secure your spot.
How to Reserve Your Birth Support
I start accepting birth clients as soon as you know you're pregnant! Once my annual birth client spots are filled, I maintain a waitlist and will notify you if an opening becomes available. If you’re interested in birth support, please reach out as early as possible to discuss your due date and care needs.
What Happens If I’m Fully Booked?
If I’m at capacity, I’m happy to share referrals to trusted doulas who share my values and approach. I’ll also keep your name on a waitlist in case of cancellations or changes. Early planning and booking are the best ways to ensure your spot.
POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
So much energy goes into preparing for birth — and yet, the days and weeks after your baby arrives are often the most raw, vulnerable, emotional, and overlooked part of the journey. Most new parents underestimate how much support they’ll truly need during postpartum. But healing, feeding, sleeping (or not sleeping), and learning to care for a newborn while recovering from birth isn’t something anyone should have to navigate alone.
Postpartum care gives you the space to heal, the guidance to feel confident, and the compassion to feel held — not just as a parent, but as a whole person. Calm, supported parents are better able to bond, recover, and step into their new roles with confidence.
